Ron Brockmire's 1969 442 Convertible

I bought this '69 442 convertible in 1971 and have had it ever since....used it as a daily driver for many years till it had about 110,000 miles on it . It has always been garaged since new and never been wrecked or had any rust. This is probably one of the nicest '69 442 converts in the country as it has led a very pampered life.
About 7 years ago I did a total restoration on it. It  is a totally numbers matching car.

Since then it has only had about 2000 miles put on it. It completely rebuilt the suspension, engine, transmission and brakes. At this time I also had the car professionally repainted to it's original colors ,Aztec Gold and Black stripes, and a new black top and gold boot done for it. It has the gold interior, which is original since it was in very good condition. At this time I also had the bumpers rechromed on it.

The car is an automatic car with 335 hp engine, turbo 400 trans and a 3:23 posi rear end. It has air and
power steering and brakes. All numbers match and it has the original 8 track tape player.
