Burlington VT to Perth Canada to Ogdensburg NY

We went to Canada Today Eyyyyyyyyyyyy

We had a pleasant drive to Canada today.  It had threatened to rain but it was only partly cloudy and fairly warm (80's).  The country from VT to Canada is quite flat and the trees are quite homely and sad looking.  The ice storm last winter broke most of the upper limbs and they are hanging down making the trees look like they were shelled in a war or something.  The trees are not very becoming in the first place but they really look bad now.  Anyway, we don't have any photo's to show today as we didn't see anything worth taking some of.  We spent the early afternoon in Perth Canada doing genealogy but came up empty handed.  They really do say Eyyyyy in Canada.  We spent the late afternoon and evening in Ogdensburg public library doing genealogy and really didn't learn anything new there either, but may have gotten some leads on Glorene's Middleton family that we may follow up on later in the week.  Tomorrow we will go to the Canton Historical Society and then drive on to Johnstown NY.
