July 3rd

Braintree to Boston to Norwood MA

Today we took a train into Boston.  We walked the "Freedom Trail" which took us throughout historic Boston and ended up at the ship Constitution and Bunker Hill.  We walked over 7 miles, at that point I accidentally reset my pedomenter so I am not sure what the total was.  It was a hot day and we were both exhausted by the end of the day.  We went down to the Esplanade to see the  Boston Pops concert, but the crowds were so big and we had to wait for two more hours before the concert started that we decided to call it a night and head back to the motel at Norwood.

The approximate path we took on our walk
